hi guys aine here! i know that i've been reeaally unactive recently and i'm sorry to say this but i will be probaby be unactive for another while too.. i have summer exams next week and i haven't studied at all yet!
but i felt bad about not even creating one set in ages so here you go! hope you enjoy(: this tip is all about fitness with the sumer approaching soon and all. these are some really fun workouts to do while watching your favourite shows, here you goo!

Someone dies: 1O squats
See a weapon: 1O wood chops
Hear 'the living': 1O pushups
Someone becomes a walker: 1 minute plank
THE BiG BANG THEORY WORKOUT;
Sheldon says 'bazinga': 15 squats
Everytime there's a knock on the door: 2O crunches
Everytime Leonard complains about Penny: 3O jumping jacks
Everytime Raj and Howard fight: 15 lunges
Everytime Sheldon recites a fact: 35 jump ropes
Everytime Sheldon refers to his childhood: 75 punches
Everytime they make fun of Sheldon: 15 reverse crunches
THE VAMPiRE DiARiES WORKOUT;
When Damon drinks alcohol: 1O Russian twists
When Damon and Elena have lingering eye contact/ a moment: 2O jumping jacks
When someone dies: 3 burpees
When Bonnie does a spell: 2 push-ups
When Caroline kisses someone: 2O Russian twists
Klaus is in a scene: 1O jumping jacks
When humanity or the switch is mentioned: 10 push-ups
PRETTY LiTTLE LiARS WORKOUT;
Everytime we see Jenna with Toby: 2O crunches
Everytime Aria and Ezra have a moment: 15 lunges
Everytime Spencer says Alison's name: 25 jumping jacks
Everytime Emily mentions her parents: 15 squats
Everytime Hanna eats something: 2O reverse crunches
Everytime Caleb is on a computer: 2O reverse lunges
Everytime 'A' contacts someone: 75 punches
Everytime one of the liars has a flashback: 15 chest flys
THE HUNGER GAMES WORKOUT;
